This is indeed a very strange bush! It looks like tufts of sheep's wool drying on the branches.
A me fa venire in mente la "Nuvola" che Fuksas ha progettato per il palazzo dei Congressi dell'Eur.
There are two different plants on the taken.
Looks like something we have around here. It is definately strange!

This afternoon, near the street, I see this strange bush, I don't know his name but I think it's very interesting!
