This is an old house near Pergola, it is abandoned and it need of complet renovation. I don't know why, but I really love it, I think, it has something of fashinating and elegant. I hope that it will be restored as quickly as possible.

Nice house, and it looks very large. There was a similar house being restored right across the road from my apartment in Marsciano. The process seemed to take forever, though as I was there in September of 2007 and then back in May of 2007. Progress had been made, but the home was still a long way from full restoration.
I'm sure it would spruce up very nicely.
I like it too! I would love to restore an old home like that! Hopefully it will get some new owners who will appreciate it's potential!
This reminds me of a house from my childhood. Every time I passed it I played "architect" in my mind and restored it for myself. No I have to go look for it as I think it may have been demolished.
This wonderful old house reminds me of Villa Bramasole in Cortona.
It would be great to buy it and restore it.

I'm sure before too long some cashed-up yuppies from London will discover it!
